Meet Janine
Hi! I’m Janine Vyas. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in the fast-paced worlds of radio, television, and digital advertising. Most of my career has been spent at Google, where I wear many hats – from sales and strategy to training and coaching.
As a native New Yorker, I’m naturally outgoing and direct. I love connecting with people, whether we share common ground or have completely different experiences. But in the professional world, I sometimes felt pressure to suppress those qualities. I wondered, could I be both professional and candid? Could I be taken seriously while still sharing a relatable anecdote?
My approach to work is all about empathetic connection. Empathy is crucial because, at the end of the day, we’re all human! Understanding what motivates someone is key to building strong relationships and achieving amazing things.
I’ve built a 20-year career on this foundation of empathy and connection. It’s helped me understand my clients’ aspirations, strengths, and fears, and truly grasp their goals. I’m most proud of the way it’s allowed me to help thousands of people – through workshops, coaching, and more – grow their careers and improve their well-being. I’ve learned from my missteps along the way, and I’m eager to bring my experience and knowledge to your team.
